Hello Sir,

This complaint is against Zenfocus Software Private Limited which is located in Gurgaon(HARYANA).The central govt regulates the software companies in India. Whether the Indian govt recognized the need for establishing grievance cell to address the harassment of employees by so software companies.

Today m working in a MNC but i can not Forget the harassment on me by Zenfocus.This company works under two fraud peoples MIKE DHALL and his fake wife ANGIE WALIA. They are going to colleges and recruit students for their fake company.So i suggest not to join this company.Even they are asking you sign a bond for a year.After a year they extend your bond period automatically for 2 more years and not to give you back your documents.

Zenfocus is 3rd grade company with zero emplyee satisfaction dont give you money ,so i request everyone and who got offer from this fake company please do not join. 

I have few case studies I collected over the time about how Zenfocus harassed its employees. May employees might not felt like it has a harassment because of adjusting nature but they have to realize the same thing if happens in US with his/her counter part that will be a big court case to sue the company.

Now,its our time to protect our rights.

    I completely agree with u..it’s a big FAKE company..Both husband and wife are scoundrels. They do foul play with their employees. They heavily charged training fees and They sign 18 months bond from you and even not give any bond copy to u. They put a lot of work pressure on you and do not even pay for your hard work. Also they do not give any relieving letter and if in case you’ll get any relieving from them then they do not provide NOC to you.

    I’ll suggest its better to be unemployed rather to work in such companies as like Zenfocus.

      I have to withdraw my comments here. Bhushan is complete scandal. I was completely misinformed. I did join Zenfocus and they are very very nice company to work with. Not only management is very open and well informed, they help you even for small things. I can walked to Mike or Angie and they will listen to me very well. I now work with IBM and I had no problem in terms of getting relieving and NOC. Ofcourse, there is a way to handle this not like Bhushan who threatened the admin.

      Long live ZenFocus and they are truly leaders in IBM Tivoli. They are also now growing in SAP, ServiceNow and Microsoft.

    I can not imagine how can you write such things against ZenFocus. I started my career with ZenFocus in India and now I am working in US with Accenture. ZenFocus made me learn so many things and I am here due to what ZenFocus made me learn all.

    When I started my job with ZenFocus, they gave me a very detailed training. Yes, there were lot of people complained as training was intense. But if you have to become somthing then you have to do hard work. Nothing is easy in life.

    And for me Mike and Angie are still my mentors and how can you make statements against them. Come in the front and I will tell you how hard working both Mike Dhall and Angie Walia are. They never hesitate to help you even if you are trainee and they give you all the support. I remember when I was in Bangalore, Mike personally ensured that I get the PG which is safe for me as I had moved recently from Gurgaon.

    You ask even IBM and SAP. They know ZenFocus resources are some of the best. And that has happened due to hard work done by Mike and Angie. They have never kept anyone documents and infact people come and beg for jobs.

    I remember one candidate came with his father and requested that they will pay One Lac and they want to get trained in ZenFocus. Mike asked him why? The father said he has come to know that anyone who works in Zenfocus gets lot of raise in career. Mike told him we never recruit people by taking money and we will assess and if he is fit he will get the job. The candidate was assessed and he was rejected. ZenFocus is huge company and they do not need bad apples who spoil it.

    Someone like you should be given punished by God for making false statements. You should be someone who is having bad intent. There are so many success stories and we can go on and you will should be striped and walked on the street.

    ZenFocus is growing not just in India. They are growing in Canada, USA and now opening offices in Singapore. People who bark are dogs and people like you will stay like a dog. But all customers and employees are behind ZenFocus and in full force behind Mike Dhall and Angie Walia.

    You are an idiot who will go to hell one day due misprerestattion. I am also asking Google to investigate this blog and punish you. If you have courage to come forward, please meet me in Google office and I will teach a lesson to you. Do not insult my old company. ZenFocus has made me and I will never let anyone spoil it.

    cathy...you are correct. I have worked with Mike and Angie and I know Bhushan Kakkar also. The reason he is up set is because he was rejected by ZenFocus as he has not capable. He was given at least ten chances to show his capability and he failed. When ZenFocus did not move him to next level, he was upset and started fighting.

    But as you said....Bhushan is charater less and we should just ignore him. There are several people who come and go but good things will keep going. ZenFocus is growing fast and signed a very large contract in SAP recently. Even IBM and Microsoft business is doing very well.

    ZenFocus is known leader in Tivoli Tools and no one is better in Tivoli than ZenFocus.
