Hello Sir,

This complaint is against Zenfocus Software Private Limited which is located in Gurgaon(HARYANA).The central govt regulates the software companies in India. Whether the Indian govt recognized the need for establishing grievance cell to address the harassment of employees by so software companies.

Today m working in a MNC but i can not Forget the harassment on me by Zenfocus.This company works under two fraud peoples MIKE DHALL and his fake wife ANGIE WALIA. They are going to colleges and recruit students for their fake company.So i suggest not to join this company.Even they are asking you sign a bond for a year.After a year they extend your bond period automatically for 2 more years and not to give you back your documents.

Zenfocus is 3rd grade company with zero emplyee satisfaction dont give you money ,so i request everyone and who got offer from this fake company please do not join. 

I have few case studies I collected over the time about how Zenfocus harassed its employees. May employees might not felt like it has a harassment because of adjusting nature but they have to realize the same thing if happens in US with his/her counter part that will be a big court case to sue the company.

Now,its our time to protect our rights.
